Hanskin is a Korean brand popular for their BB creams. I actually went to their store a few days ago to check out their BB creams after seeing an 80% off sign in the window. The original price for most of the ones I liked was above 35000 KRW but after discount they cost less than 10000 KRW! I spent a lot of time checking everything out and just before going for billing, I spotted the Manufacturing Date and it was somewhere in 2011! The BB creams on discount were going to expire in July and August! So I decided not to buy them but picked a few other things just to try them out!
My first Hanskin haul:
- Deep Chic Eyeshadow – Orange Gold
- Satin Eyeshadow – Dark Black
- 4 Gold Caviar Firming and Nourishing sheet mask
Since the brand is known for their BB creams, I felt a bit stupid buying the eyeshadows and face mask sheets but then I try not to give into hypes and also experiment with new brands and products.
The eyeshadows had a smooth butter-y texture so I picked up two that I thought I would use the most! I really like the packaging of the eyeshadow.
The packaging is simple and chic! The eyeshadows are not labelled with numbers but names (like MAC)! By the looks of it, I think these will be easy to depot and placed in a Z palette or something.
And since I have dry skin, I always choose hydrating masks and Gold masks are really good for my skintype!
I have high expectations form all of these products and I am going to review these in the coming weeks! Hanskin stores are not as widespread as the other brands like Missha, Etude House, Nature Republic, The Face Shop, Tony Moly etc but their BB creams can be found at Olive Young stores. I bought these products from the Hanskin outlet in the Ewha University area!
