Hi!!! I am back after a little break for the Beyond Rich & Touch Shea Hand Butter review. Beyond is a Korean cosmetics company that believes that humans are also a part of nature and it is possible to be greater and more beautiful. The nature has all the keys to it (taken from http://en.koreadepart.com). This hand cream is pretty much the only thing that I have tried from the brand and its original price is 8000 KRW and I bought it a few months ago from emart at 50% off.
I think Beyond is a medium price range Korean beauty brand well placed between the low-end (but awesome) Etude House, The Face Shop, Nature Republic and high-end Hera, Aritaum, etc. Beyond is a part of the LG Household & Health care umbrella which means it is in the same family as The Face Shop.
On to the review:
Product Description: Beyond Rich & Touch Shea Hand Butter.
Product Claim: Formulated with enriched Shea butter, Rosehip oil, Moist 24 and vegetable Collagen, this delightful hand butter creates an all-natural moisturized layer of the skin to make your hands hydrated and soft without stickiness throughout the whole day.
Active Ingredient: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea butter) 20%
Quantity – 50ml (1.69 fl. oz.)
How To Use: Apply to dry hands and arms.
My thoughts: I used this cream over the course of two months as my night hand cream because it was moisturizing and mildly-scented. I like skincare products to be unscented or mild and I also like if they are a little more moisturizing than my day skincare products.
I love the fact that Shea butter is the active ingredient in this cream (as it should be according to the packaging) but I have seen many companies displaying a particular natural product which is not an active ingredient.
Rating – 4.5/5

This hand cream or better hand butter is the closest I have been to finding my HG hand cream since it is very moisturizing without being sticky, travel-friendly and light. Check out the Beyond website http://beyond.co.kr/ for more. It is predominantly in Korean but a few things are written in English so it is relatively easy to understand and use than the websites of many other Korean skincare and beauty brands.
Have you tried Korean beauty products? Do you think Korean cosmetics are worth the hype?
