I had promised to be good for a few days in the last week of September as I have shopped my most this month in 2013. I checked quite a lot of stores for autumn and winter at H&M, Zara, Mixxo, Forever21 and got some really good stuff. I tried to buy basic items rather than following trends since I have a classic style. Black is a staple! So I went crazy with my cosmetics and picked up some different things from Missha.
Here are the things I picked up:
Missha The Style Soft Stay lip Liner in Nude
Missha Love Secret Hand Cream in Peony Rose
Mishha Love Secret Hand Cream in Lemon Grass
Bordeaux Absolute Face & Body Oil
In Shower Comfort Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive skin
The lipliner is just because I needed a good nude color to line my lips now that I will be wearing richer and darker shades, I feel the need to define my lips. In summer I usually apply the lipsticks directly. This shade really matches my skin. I tried to swatch it but it wouldnt show up my hands, arm or under the wrist. I think it means this is a good nude for me!
The hand creams are just for handbag candy purposes. I need to carry lighter things in my handbag so even though I wanted to take The White Musk hand cream with me, it is like 100ml and these are just 27ml. I will keep these in my handbag and use up while I use The Body Shop White Musk hand cream at home “to lighten up” my load 😉 Ok so I just wanted to try these. The packaging of Missha products is my favorite, it ranks even before Etude House now! Sorry Etude House 🙂
I have really dry and itchy skin (forehead) at the moment despite regular night cream, serum and face mask sessions so I bought a Face & Body oil. The packaging is really classy and I think a face and body oil is what I need at the moment to prep my skin for the upcoming drier months. I have seen beautifying oils at The Body Shop but this is my first time trying a branded face and body oil. I use coconut or almond oil otherwise.
Hair removal because I have gotten too many bumps and ingrown hair on my legs from shaving!
I have high expectations of these products as I have heard really good things about Missha amongst the Korean beauty brands but haven’t tried their products much. I am most excited about the face and body oil. As always I will review these after using them sufficiently for an honest and fair review.
