Natio Cream Eyeshadow – Review, Swatches Price in India!
Natio is a natural Australian beauty brand that is available in India in Sephora outlets and various online shopping websites like Nykaa, Amazon, Purplle, etc. I had tried and loved their skincare products even when I was in South Korea. So when I came across them in Sephora, I picked up a few makeup products to try out and review for you. One of the things I picked up is Natio Cream Shadow. There are gorgeous sparkly metallic shades in this range of cream eyeshadows and I picked the shade – Cinnamon. The other two shades are marshmallow and cocoa. Here is my detailed review of the product:
Product: Natio Cream Eyeshadow – Cinnamon
Price: 620 INR
Quantity: 5 ml
Claim: This silky cream-to-gel eyeshadow smoothes on to instantly lift the eyes. Available in three softly shimmery shades.
Natio Cream shadow comes in a rectangular transparent plastic tube with a black lid. It has a doe foot applicator which helps in applying the eyeshadow directly on the eye lids. The eyeshadow shade is visible from the outside which is something I appreciate in makeup. It basically has the same packaging as many lip glosses.
When I was swatching the shades, I loved all three of them. The texture worried me a little so despite the temptation I picked up only one shade – Cinnamon. It is a gorgeous champagne gold shade – one of the most sparkly eyeshadows I have ever come across.
When I tried it a few days later for a party makeup tutorial, it disappointed me. I tried it 3 more times before accepting that it was not a good formula. The applicator failed to apply it evenly on the eyelids and it did not set for a long time. I have oily eyelids so I used different eye primers to see if it would work then. It didn’t.
I gave it a final try by using my finger to apply it on the eyelids. No improvement! So I just let it go! That is also the reason there is no EOTD or FOTD to accompany this post.
The Natio Cream Shadows are now discontinued but they are still available in Sephora India or online. However, I would advise you to stay away from them or at least swatch them before you spend your money on them. This product turned out to be a total disappointment, however, I am having a nice time trying out the other Natio makeup products I have. Stay tuned for their reviews!
