The Body Shop is my favorite brand for bath products. I have tried a few of their makeup products and liked them but I usually stick to bath and body products. And I have tried 70% of their shower gels/soaps/body washes available in stores (on my way to 100% !). One of the things I tried in Sweden in 2010 and loved was their Coconut Bubble bath. Since I do not have a bath tub in my home anymore, I wanted to recreate the memories using their Coconut Shower Cream! I have been using it for a while now so let’s review!

I am a coconut-fanatic. I love Bounty chocolate, Raffaello, coconut fudge, coconut water and my favorite thing to moisturize my body and hair is coconut oil! So of course I had to get this from The Body Shop!
I think of the beach sipping Coconut water while taking shower with this shower cream! It smells a little chemical-y but I do not mind it. Since this does not contain soap (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), it does not lather a lot but it cleanses the skin alright. It does not dry out my skin. And you do not need to use a lot of the product for a shower so it lasts long.
My only problem is that it is a little thicker (Creamier) and does not squeeze out the bottle without opening the lid. After going halfway through the bottle, I started storing it upside down. It work better but the bottle is too hard to squeeze out the cream and the cream is too thick to come out on its own. Other than that, it is perfect for my dry skin!
I love coconut scent in products even though this shower cream smells a but more chemical than the authentic coconut aroma but the scent that lingers on the skin (and the bathroom) is not as artificial. That is the only reason I rated this at 4.5 as this shower cream does not contain parabens, alcohols or colors; only fragrance. It ticks all the boxes in my skincare preference! I love it.
