Shopping in Seoul: Olive Young (Beauty Store)

Shopping in Seoul – Olive Young store

Olive Young is a health and beauty store in South Korea. Olive Young basically stands for All Live Young! I frequent the Olive Young stores frequently because this is pretty much the only place where I can easily find International drugstore brands. Different stores may vary a little in the brands they carry but I hope through this post you get a general idea of what you can find at Olive Young store. International drugstore brands are difficult to find in Korea except emart (large outlets), Boons or Olive Young. The high end brands, however, are easy to find in major malls and department stores!

Why I do this “Shopping in Seoul” series?

When I first came to South Korea, I had no idea where to start and what to buy. I could not find a lot of my favorite products because the brands were not available here or those products were not launched in Korea. So I hope my experience (of shopping) in Korea helps others to find brands and products easily. Sometimes we need a specific thing so through this series, I hope people will be able to find out exactly which shopping district or store to hit for their favorite products!
